Karen Roeb is the Clinical Administrator for Fertility Miracles, A Division of American Fertility Institute, a leader in egg donation and surrogacy. In her position, Karen brings over 24 years of experience in obstetrics, gynecology and reproductive medicine to Fertility Miracles. In the course of her career, Karen has personally assisted hundreds of single men and women and couples experience the ultimate joy of parenthood. She also brings the unique prospective of being a caring nurse, a clinician, and now clinical administrator to an organization that provides caring, compassion, as well as the ultimate results, babies to recipients and intended parents around the world. Fertility Miracles’ clients come from Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America and throughout Canada and the United States.

Our Marketing and International Relations Department caters directly to our prospective clients from overseas. With a staff having an average of 6-8 years of third party reproduction experience surrounding egg donation and surrogacy matching process, and multilingual in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Tagalog, Fertility Miracles brings a vast and quite unique knowledge to our international intended parents that are looking to come to the states for their fertility journey. While working directly with the attorneys and our prospective parents on various legal aspects pertaining to each particular country, we also provide assistance and guidance concerning the visa, passport, and citizenship process for the newborn.

The Egg Donation Department specializes in recruitment of egg donors and case management upon official confirmation of a match. While managing and overseeing all active donors listed on Fertility Miracles’ website, this division of the company actively oversees all egg donor cases to make sure everything is handled smoothly for all parties involved. Given the staff’s youth and vitality this plays an integral role in solidifying the relationships with the young donors that participate in Fertility Miracles’ egg donation program. This unique angle allows us to provide the intended parents with the most current and up to date information available on our egg donors.

The Surrogacy Department focuses on recruiting suitable surrogate mother candidates and managing all of Fertility Miracles’ surrogacy matters. With social workers on our staff with prior experience in handling chemical depended individuals, at risk youths, both men and women undergoing cancer treatment, Fertility Miracles is managing numerous surrogacy matters both statewide and internationally. A few members of our staff have explored the option of being a surrogate, and some have also had prior successful surrogacy journeys. With compassion and highly motivating force, our staff promotes a series of open communication discussions among the surrogates participating in our surrogacy program in order to provide them with an open forum on the process, concerns, and journeys that they begin

It is a consensus among the staff of Fertility Miracles that the Parent Relations Concierge has the ultimate “fun” job! Their role is to assist international Intended Parents with housing, both short and long term rentals, or purchase, and travel accommodations. This service is intended for those intended parents, domestic and internationally, looking to do something special and seek to send the perfect gift of appreciation to their egg donor or surrogate. With a million different ideas and a clever creative mind, our staff will create a basket, send packages of hard to find items, gift cards, flower arrangements, or even decorate a donor or surrogates hotel room during their stay with scented candles, fruit and chocolates to ensure a peaceful and tranquil stay during their IVF procedure.

The Health and Fitness Division provides its expertise to all of our expectant surrogate mothers. With licensed personal trainers and nutritional consultants, our staff will create an exercise program and menu plan that is specifically designed for each surrogate. We often travel to the surrogate mother’s homes for an initial evaluation to access their lifestyle, exercise routines, caloric intake, food allergies or sensitivities, and will then structure an exercise routine and meal planning that will assist the surrogate in her own goals of moderate weight gain during pregnancy, healthy lifestyle and positive outlook. If needed, our staff could work in conjunction with an independent chef that will prepare healthy meals and snacks and then directly send these prepared items to their surrogates’ homes. Should the intended parents desire, this division can provide support during the entire surrogacy journey either by home visits or email to help maintain the integrity of the fitness and nutritional plan implemented.

Fertility Miracles’ supporting team consists of assistant case managers, interpreters, bookkeepers, accountants, attorneys of law, and PR/marketing consultants. With a diversified staff, some of whom are located in Europe, Fertility Miracles provides cutting edge services for all intended parents undergoing a fertility journey.
